Carroll

Rich McClain is proud to have served the people of House District 24, which includes portions of Carroll, Cass, Miami, and White counties, since first being elected to the State House in 1994. He is a member of the Ways & Means Committee as well as the Statutory Committee on Interstate and International Cooperation. A graduate of Purdue University in Industrial Supervision, Rich’s background includes work as a small business owner, Township Trustee, and Logansport City Engineer. He is also active in many community and charitable organizations.
