Suzanne Crouch

Serving House District 78 since 2005, Suzanne Crouch represents portions of Spencer, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties. Suzanne has served on a number of Committees, including the House Public Health Committee, the House Public Safety and Veterans Affairs Committee, and the House Banking and Financial Institutions Committee. She also serves as a legislative appointee on the Lincoln Bicentennial Commission. A graduate of Mater Dei High School in Evansville, Representative Crouch received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, majoring in Political Science.

Sue is the founding director of the Center for Applied Research at the University of Southern Indiana, a program to mobilize USI faculty, staff, and students to assist regional businesses and organizations with applied research and consulting projects ranging from economic impact studies and community surveys to engineering studies and chemical testing. Prior to her role with USI, Sue owned a consulting firm, Ellspermann and Associates, Inc. Sue is married to Jim Mehling, assistant principal of Forest Park High School.
