Jack Lutz was elected to serve House District 35 in 1991. Along with being a father and grandfather, Representative Lutz is a lifelong resident of District 35 and has been active in the community. He served as a Board Member for the Madison County Senior Center, the Madison County Diabetes Association, the Mayor's Committee on Community Awareness, the Madison County Environmental Board, and the First United Methodist Church.

Kyle Hupfer

Kyle Hupfer is Vice President and General Counsel of ProLiance Energy, LLC. Prior to joining ProLiance in December 2006, he served as a member of Governor Daniels' initial cabinet as Director of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources from February 2005 through December 2006. Kyle was a partner in the corporate practice group at Ice Miller immediately prior to his appointment as DNR Director. Additionally, Kyle is the former Chairman of the Indiana State Fair Commission, a position he held for three State Fairs. Kyle holds a BA in Business Management from Manchester College, and a J.D.

Kim Builta (Kim) is a Partner and President of Rowland Title Company, Inc located in Anderson, Indiana. Rowland Title Company, Inc. was established in 1889 and is well respected in the title industry. Kim is the proud mother of 3 children, Deca (29), Suzanne (25) and Brian (21) and 2 grandchildren Lilly (6) and Lucas (2). In addition to her duties as President of Rowland Title Company, Inc, Kim is serving her community in a number of ways. She is a member of Indiana Land Title Association where she currently serves on the Legislative Committee.
